We collect as little as we can, we use it only to run the shop, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Order information – name, delivery address, email address, phone number and what you ordered.
- Account information – if you create an account, your email address and order history.
- Payment information – handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Technical information – IP address, device and browser type, and pages you visit, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To take, process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
- To send order updates such as confirmations and dispatch notices.
- To answer your questions when you contact us.
- To improve the shop, and – if you have opted in – to send you our newsletter.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to fulfil your order, and only with:
- Payment providers – to take payment securely.
- Delivery partners – to send your parcel and let you track it.
- Platform providers – our shop and email systems, which process data on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies keep your basket and session working and help us understand how the shop is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the shop, such as the basket, may then stop working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything we do not have to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update this page and show the date below.
