Description

A slim smart ring that reads your rhythm — sleep, heart rate, temperature and recovery — and gives you a quiet nudge when something is worth noticing.

Quietly on your finger

Made from austenitic antibacterial stainless steel, the ring weighs just 5.5 g and sits 2.5 mm slim. There is no screen to check and no button to press: it works in the background and speaks up only when it matters.

What it keeps an eye on

• Gentle reminders — a soft vibration on your finger for messages and calls, so you can leave the phone face-down.
• Daily rhythm — sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen and skin temperature, gathered continuously and summarised into a short daily report.
• Movement & training — steps, active minutes, distance, pace, calories and workout history, with a simple quality score for each session.
• Cycle tracking — a gentle way to follow your month and see how it lines up with sleep and energy.
• Reminders you set once — medication, water, birthdays and anniversaries — a small buzz at the right moment.

Built to be worn, not charged

Magnetic charging, full in under 1.5 hours. 4–6 days of use, up to 25 days on standby. Leave the charger at home: the ring keeps up to 7 days of data on board until it syncs with the companion app.

Water: 5ATM

Shower, swim, wash your hands — it stays on. As with any wearable, hot water and saunas are best avoided.

Choosing your size

Available in US sizes 6–13 and four finishes: Silver, Black, Gold and Rose Gold. Wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape around your finger, measure the inner circumference, and convert it to a US ring size before ordering. If you sit between two sizes, choose the larger one — and remember that fingers change slightly with temperature through the day.

Looking after it
